Fallbrook Hospital Hospice hosts 'Living through Grief's Journey' series

Fallbrook Hospital Hospice will be hosting “Living through Grief’s Journey” classes designed for community members following the death of a loved one. The classes meet for six weeks and provide a place where we can learn about the grief process and share our thoughts and feelings with others who are making the same journey. The class meetings provide instruction and a safe place to talk about our grief and the isolation it can bring.

The class series includes: “Beginning the Grief Journey,” “Common myths and straight talk about grief,” “Coping strategies in grief,” “Spirituality and ritual in the grieving process,” “Special events date and holidays” and “Who am I now?”

“Living through Grief’s Journey” is free for Hospice families and adult members of our community.

Classes begin Tuesday, May 31, at Fallbrook Hospital in conference room B and will run consecutively for six weeks. Please call Fallbrook Hospital Hospice to register, and for more information, at (760) 728-1435. The hospital is located at 624 E. Elder St.
