Curtain Call Company announces auditions for "The Fantasticks"

FALLBROOK – Curtain Call Company is holding auditions for “The Fantasticks” July 18 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. “The Fantasticks” has a cast of one 15 - 20 year old female and seven men, including one who is 16 - 20 years old.

The show will be performed in August at Fallbrook Golf Club as a part of the “Curtain Call at the Club” summer series. Most rehearsals will be held in the Murrieta/Hemet area.

The show will be directed by Paul Kehler. Kehler is well known in the Southern Riverside/Northern San Diego area for his many years of performance and directing experience.

Auditioners should prepare a one minute song, wear clothes they can dance in, and bring a head shot and resume (if they have one).

“The Fantasticks” was the longest running show on Broadway. It’s a coming-of -age story about two fathers who want their children to fall in love and live happily ever after. Its most famous song is “Try to Remember.”
