Lorenz new President of Fallbrook Music Society

FALLBROOK – Jane B. Lorenz has recently been elected to serve as President of Fallbrook Music Society’s board of directors. Lorenz, who is a principal of Lorenz Fiduciary Services, Inc. of Fallbrook, succeeds Dr. Brenda Montiel, who will assume the organization’s executive director position.

“It is a privilege for me to be entrusted with the presidency of this 35-year-old organization, and to represent the board of directors as we continue our commitment to artistic excellence and youth music education in Fallbrook and its surrounding communities,” said Lorenz.

Over the past several years, Fallbrook Music Society’s board of directors has worked diligently to further develop the operating structure of its organization through the development and implementation of a three-year strategic plan, and as part of that plan, the president’s responsibilities were separated from the executive director’s position.

Lorenz is a private trustee, certified public accountant and professional fiduciary. She joined Fallbrook Music Society’s board of directors in April 2007.
