Proud to be your voice in Sacramento

Assembly member-elect Marie Waldron released the following statement:

“As the new state Assembly member elected to represent the 75th District, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the trust you have placed in me to be your voice in Sacramento. It is a privilege to serve the almost half a million citizens living and working within the district’s boundaries in one of the state’s most beautiful and diverse regions. The district includes wineries, farms and ranches, vibrant communities such as Fallbrook and Valley Center and includes numerous Indian reservations along with the growing cities of Temecula, Escondido and San Marcos.

As you are aware, there is much at stake in California. As your representative, I will have a unique opportunity to address the important issues facing our state. I will help drive the discussion and offer solutions on topics ranging from jobs, taxes, education and public safety to pensions, healthcare and regulatory reform. One of my top priorities is to hear from you. I encourage citizens to take advantage of my open door policy and remain engaged on matters that will shape California’s future. Please know that I will fight on behalf of the interests of the 75th Assembly District so that its beauty, vitality and economy can be enhanced and preserved.”
