FALLBROOK – The La Paloma Student Council, led by parent representative Nikki Birchall, held their annual Food Drive in November. Over nine school days, the students, their families, and school staff rallied together to exceed their goal of 2,000 food items with a total of 2,705 items.

To celebrate, they had an 80’s theme dress up day, and because they met their goals, the students got to “pie” the student council, some La Paloma teachers and the principal, Chad McGough.

Birchall said, “The student council would like to thank everyone that donated food items to our food drive.” All items were donated to the Fallbrook Food Pantry on Nov. 16, just in time for Thanksgiving.
