BONSALL – The Rotary Club of Bonsall wanted to help by giving back to the local community on Thanksgiving Day and decided to serve meals at the local VFW.
In total, there were 14 people including not only Bonsall Rotarians but their
families as well.
According to Cassandra Costa, President of Bonsall Rotary, “I can’t think of a better way to help our community then starting with our veterans who have sacrificed so much for us.”
The Rotarians spent a few hours on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 22, serving meals before going home to their own families and celebrating the holiday.
Bonsall Rotary meets every Thursday morning at 7:30 a.m. For more information on Rotary, contact Cassandra Costa at (858) 345-3650.
