MELT self-treatment creator to visit Fallbrook

FALLBROOK – Heidi Minga, a resident of Fallbrook and certified MELT instructor, has announced that Sue Hitzman, the creator of the MELT self-treatment method will visit Fallbrook on Monday, Feb. 11, for a book-signing and special introductory workshop in the MELT method.

MELT is a simple and effective method for the self-treatment of chronic pain, stiffness and stress caused by the repetitive postures and movements of everyday living.

The fee for the workshop is $35/person and will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Martial Arts Concepts, 325 N. Brandon Rd., Suite C, Fallbrook. Hitzman’s new book, “The MELT Method,” will be available for sale and signing by the author at the workshop.

“MELT is easy to learn and inexpensive,” Minga explained. “Having Sue in Fallbrook to teach the workshop is a fabulous opportunity.”
