Encore Club enjoys Valentine luncheon

FALLBROOK – Fallbrook Encore Club members and guests celebrated another Valentines Day, many with their sweethearts, as they gathered for the annual Valentine Luncheon, this time held at Pala Mesa Resort. This was an ideal opportunity to meet with old friends or make new ones while also getting to know their spouses. The atmosphere was festive with delicious food, happy conversation and special entertainment. Many of those attending had celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary!

This event is one of many each year. The next luncheon will be a “Join us on a Trip to Hawaii” themed party to be held April 24, 11:30 a.m., at the Grand Tradition in Fallbrook. Reservations are being accepted until April 5 by Martha Bishop, [email protected].

Prospective members are encouraged to attend a monthly meeting, or contact membership chair Chris Davis, (760) 723-4657, for more information. These meetings are held the first Tuesday of the month, at the United Methodist Church, 1833 Winterhaven, Fallbrook at 10 a.m. Members enjoy coffee, treats and conversation while also signing up for a wide variety of activities. A short business meeting follows this social time.
