Free parenting classes offered in Spanish

FALLBROOK – Fallbrook Library, located at 124 S. Mission Road, will offer free, helpful “Improve Your Life” or “Platicas De Vida” classes in Spanish. The three-week session will begin on Tuesday, March 26 at 3:30 p.m. and continue on April 2 and 9. The classes are presented by the knowledgeable and dynamic Elizabeth Pastrana.

Topics will include learning how the K-12 education system works, how to be successful in college, maintaining healthy eating habits at home, family dynamics, how to improve one’s self esteem, and family communication.

Pastrana, founder and program director of My Balance, has 25 years experience in psychology and focuses on counseling and educational services.
