Lacrosse team to hold fundraiser

FALLBROOK – The Fallbrook High School lacrosse team is playing hard and has a tough season ahead, but with five games under their belt, senior Austin Jenkin (#26) is leading the team with 19 goals so far; senior Scotty Vancil (#2) is leading the team with 12 assists and sophomore goalie Matthew Sandoval (#27) has 90 saves! The team is also working a couple of fundraisers to help with the purchase of new uniforms and equipment.

The team is collecting used/old shoes and having a raffle this May. FHS Lacrosse is giving away an iPad, hotel stay, and more! Raffle tickets are $5 each. The raffle drawing will be at halftime at the home game on May 9. Winners need not be present.

Supporters can bring their used shoes and/or purchase raffle tickets at all lacrosse home games at the concession stand. The games are at the high school stadium and admission is free; all are invited to come and support the Warriors!

Shoes can also be dropped off and tickets bought at Albertson’s on Saturday, March 23 and Saturday, April 6 from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.

On Saturday, April 27, supporters can drop off shoes, purchase raffle tickets and get their car washed at Happy Jug Liquor (corner of S. Mission Rd. and Ammunition).
