Community food drive to be held

FALLBROOK – Residents can help take a bite out of hunger by participating in Helping Hands 2013, the biggest one day interfaith food drive ever in Fallbrook, Bonsall, Rainbow and De Luz, on Saturday, April 27 from 8 a.m. to noon. Food drop off locations will be at churches and grocery stores.

Most needed items include canned meats, soups, fruits and vegetables, dried fruit and beans, rice and cereal, peanutbutter, powdered milk, infant formula, packaged nuts and seeds, and dried pasta.
