Spring into summer at Bonsall Woman's Club fashion show

BONSALL – The Bonsall Woman’s Club will hold a luncheon and fashion show at Pala Mesa Resort on Thursday, May 9 starting at 11 a.m. The tickets are $45 per person, which includes lunch. Local experts will provide make up and hair designs for the models as well as the jewelry and fashions collection. The featured clothes will vary from jeans to dress-up.

The lunch will consist of a chicken and strawberry salad with balsamic dressing, assorted breads and a decadent raspberry dessert. Tea and coffee will be served and there will be a no-host bar.

All proceeds will benefit local charities. Some of the recipients supported in the past have been the Boys & Girls of North County, REINS (therapeutic horsemanship for the handicap), the Burn Institute of North County, and the Fallbrook Animal Sanctuary.

Pala Mesa Resort is located at 2001 Old Highway 395, Fallbrook. For more information, or to reserve a seat, contact Diane Trappen at (760) 723-7718. This event is usually a sellout, so make reservations early.

Members and guests of the Bonsall Woman’s Club will learn the art of flower arranging at the club’s next meeting on May 2 at 10 a.m. at San Luis Rey Downs, 31474 Golf Club Drive, Bonsall. Woman residing in Bonsall and the surrounding areas are invited to attend. For reservations, call Rosalinda Delgado at (760) 723-4286.
