Two fundraisers now planned to help Pellanda-Nair family; parking lot sale Sunday, June 23; golf tournament June 30

FALLBROOK - Two fundraising events have been planned to help the Pellanda-Nair family as a result of the death of Kenny Nair on June 11. Kenny was hit and killed by a vehicle while riding his motorcycle on East Mission Road.

His wife, Paige (Pellanda) Nair is expecting the couple's first child, a son, Liam, any day.

Parking Lot Sale

The first fundraising event will be a parking lot sale on Sunday, June 23 near the Beauty Bar salon, 1189 E. Mission Road (in Plaza 395 lot).

Additional donations are being sought for the sale. Anyone wishing to contribute an item(s) can drop it off at the Beauty Bar (storage space available) through Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. or call Lauren Dutton at (760) 815-4055.

Golf Tournament

A golf tournament, dinner, and fundraiser will be held to benefit the family on Sunday, June 30 at Fallbrook Golf Club, 2757 Gird Road.

Registration begins at 10:30 a.m. Cost is $100 and includes golf and dinner. ($50 for dinner only). There will be a raffle with many prizes. Reservation is required in advance for this tournament with payment deadline June 21 to guarantee a spot.

Fundraiser announced for wife, baby of Kenny Nair, additional donations welcome

FALLBROOK – A parking lot sale will be held as a fundraiser for a local woman and her baby on Sunday, June 23, beginning at 7 a.m. near the Beauty Bar salon, 1189 E. Mission Road (in Plaza 395 lot).

Proceeds will benefit Paige Nair, wife of Kenny Nair, and their infant son, Liam, who is due to arrive any time. Kenny Nair was hit and killed while riding his motorcycle in Fallbrook on June 11.
