Fallbrook Window Washing Co. celebrates 40 years serving residential and business clients

Fallbrook Window Washing Company serves the greater Fallbrook area and is stronger than ever: celebrating 40 years!

Given the successful longevity of the business, owner Rick Williams has had the pleasure of meeting the needs of clients that sometimes span three generations.

Both residential and business clients benefit from the experience and trust Fallbrook Window Washing has earned over time.

“When a client hires you, they invite you into their home, and therefore trust you to respect where they live while you complete the job,” said Williams.

Always operating in a careful and cautious manner, Williams puts the safety of his employees first. Because this is a priority, he has never had an injury occur to an associate that has required medical attention.

In 1974, Williams followed in his father’s footsteps and became a partner with his father (Eric Williams), ultimately purchasing his dad’s share of the business in 2002.

Williams gives a lot of the credit to his wife, Janet, for helping continue the success and growth of their business.

“Janet is always very prompt at returning phone calls, making appointments, and providing great communication with our customers,” said Williams. “Because of her excellent customer service skills, we are able to be flexible and available on short notice.” Other employees in the company include Ben Williams (Rick’s son), John Rock, Jake Mock, and Jamie Stewart (Rick’s step-daughter), who helps Janet with office duties.

Whether it is regular maintenance, or due to an upcoming holiday or special event, people want to have guests visit a home that is well kept and clean. At times, Fallbrook Window Washing Company will perform a ‘partial’ clean, meaning they will clean only the windows that the guests will see.

Williams attributes his success in business to several factors, but mainly because he focuses on what he is selling, which is “clean.” Along with impeccable glass cleaning, even on tedious projects such as French doors, they are also able to refer a client to a trusted window replacement source, should they have an area that needs repair.

When asked how often he suggests windows and screens be cleaned, Williams remarked that in this specific environment, an interval of every three months of cleaning is realistic.

Fallbrook Window Washing’s full service includes windows washed inside and out; screens scrubbed and rinsed well; and window tracks brushed and wiped out. Mirrors are also included as a courtesy service. The reduction of allergens especially, is an added important reason to keep up maintenance on screens.

Services are offered on a regular, weekly, or monthly basis as well as occasional, depending on the client’s needs.

Fallbrook Window Washing Company is a proud member of the Fallbrook Chamber of Commerce for over 30 years. Williams is also a member of the International Window Cleaners Association, which promotes professional standards and safety for the window-cleaning trade.

Although Williams enjoys his work, one of his other passions is volunteering to raise puppies for the organization, ‘Canine Companions for Independence.’ He is also a professional dog trainer (basic obedience and problem solving). To learn more about that topic, call (760) 728-1292.
