Thanks for the rackets!

I am a middle school teacher in Perris, and recently had the opportunity to teach a group of advisory students basic tennis skills during the last few weeks of the school year. In need of approximately 40 rackets, I began collecting at yard sales, thrift stores, Goodwill, etc. Frantically running short of my goal, I reached out to the local community.

I would like to thank Dorothy Roth of the Fallbrook Tennis Club as well as all of the lovely ladies at the Angel Shop for their generous donations. They went out of their way to find the last half-dozen we needed. Although it was a short session, all 36 had fun learning the basics and were thrilled to be outside hitting the ball.
