Cristobal Alejandro Acevedo

Cristobal Alejandro Acevedo, 52, died after a long struggle with leukemia on Tuesday, September, 3 2013. He was born on October 12, 1960 in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico to Elias and Francisca Acevedo.

Cristobal worked as a kindergarten teacher for many years. He enjoyed teaching, music, working with his brothers on construction projects, helping care for his parents, and spending time with his family.

Cristobal is survived by his parents Elias and Francisca Acevedo; his sisters Francisca (Panchita), Maria Nieves, and Ana Acevedo; and his brothers Elias, Roberto, Rudy, Hector, Gilberto, and Guillermo; his nieces Vorie, Jenna, Alina, Maritza, Diana, Andrea, and Alisson; and his nephews Joseph, Tony, Steven, Martin, Tommy, Aaron, Anthony, and Alexander.

Funeral services will be held at Berry-Bell & Hall Fallbrook Mortuary Monday, September 16, from 5 to 8 p.m. Rosary at 6 p.m. Funeral Mass Tuesday, September 17, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Peter’s Church, 450 S. Stage Coach Ln., Fallbrook, Calif., 92028.
