Garden Club meeting features outdoor designs

FALLBROOK – Creating water-wise outdoor designs will be the topic for the Fallbrook Garden Club’s Sept. 24 meeting. Speaker Shawn Ellison, owner of Pondology, will give the program for the first meeting of the new 2013-2014 year.

New members are welcome; the meeting starts at 12:30 p.m.
