Sunday marks another day of record high temperatures in San Diego County

San Diego County is in the midst of another day of temperatures that are 10-20 degrees above average, with record-setting highs in some areas this afternoon.

An 88 degree high in Oceanside topped the four-year-old record by eight degrees, NBC7 reported.

According to the National Weather Service reported 92 degree highs at Miramar and in Rancho Penasquitos at 1 p.m., and a 91 degree high at Gillespie Field in El Cajon. Afternoon temperatures in the high 80s were recorded at Brown and Montgomery fields, and in Santee, La Mesa, Escondido, Vista, Poway, Fallbrook, Oceanside and Camp Pendleton...
