Amber Alert cancelled; 3-year-old Tanya Ruiz found

***UPDATE: Authorities have cancelled the Amber Alert for Tanya Ruiz and report that she has been found.

The suspect remained at large after the 3-year-old girl was found running in a field today near where she was abducted last night at 7:45 pm. The little girl was taken to a medical facility for evaluation.

She was reunited with her mother and taken to a medical facility to be evaluated for possible injuries,

HURON, CALIFORNIA - ON APRIL 27, 2014, AT 07:45 PM, Tanya Ruiz was abducted from Huron/Fresno, California, by a man on a bicycle, according to witnesses at the scene. The bicycle was found by authorities about a block away from where she was taken. According to Tanya's mother, she was strapped in her car seat, ready to go to the store, when her mom realized she forgot her wallet. She ran back into the house to get it and when she came back out the girl was gone.

Tanya Ruiz is a 3-year-old Hispanic female, 3 feet tall, 33 pound female with brown hair and brown eyes and last seen wearing a brown shirt with flowers, blue jean shorts and white sandals.

The suspect is an unknown age (approx. 30) hispanic male, height unknown, weight unknown, hair unknown, eyes unknown, last seen wearing a red shirt and red hat. He may also have long hair.
