Completion of Ivy High modernization project celebrated

Officials announce the completion of the Ivy High School modernization project on the first day of the new school year, Aug. 11. The result of the $1.4 million project is discussed at a dedication ceremony by (inset) school principal Melissa Marovich, left, and Fallbrook Union High School District superintendent Dale Mitchell, Ed.D., right.
