Medical emergency closes Reche Rd./South Live Oak Park Rd.

Preliminary reports are that at about 9 a.m, North County Fire responded to a medical emergency being experienced by a man in an RV that ended up necessitating the temporary closure of Reche Rd. at South Live Oak Park Rd. As of 10 a.m., the roads were open.
