Robert "Scott" Soper, born February 9, 1970, died February 25, 2017 in Fallbrook, Calif. He lived in Irvine for the past 20 years.
Memorial service will be Saturday, March 11, 2017 at 11 a.m., Berry-Bell & Hall Mortuary in Fallbrook.
