Women's Connection to host Gillian Larson from 'Survivor'

FALLBROOK – The Fallbrook Women's Connection welcomes Gillian Larson from the hit TV show, "Survivor, Gabon" Friday, June 15. Native South African Larson, who has been enthusiastic and energized all her life, fulfilled her dream of joining the cast of "Survivor" at the age of 61. Her motto is "never give up."

The gathering will include a delicious brunch, 10 a.m. to noon, at the Grand Tradition Estate & Gardens in the beautifully remodeled Beverly Mansion. The guest speaker, Yrena Friedmann, a pharmacist, will speak about how she discovered, "The Prescription for Peace." Pianist Jean Dixon will provide beautiful music.

The cost per ticket is $22, cash or check, which includes brunch prepared by The Grand Tradition, 220 Grand Tradition Way, located at the corner of Mission Avenue and Grand Tradition Way near the Econo Lodge.
