    San Diego County Fire has accepted a transfer of responsibility for fire protection and emergency medical services in Ramona. The deal benefits the community, the Ramona Municipal Water District and County Fire. The 40,000 people in Ramona are already seeing increased personnel in fire stations.     The Medical Examiner's Office needs your help identifying a man killed while crossing Interstate 805 in January. No identification or personal property was found by medical crews who took him to the hospital. An artist sketch of the man was made of the man and a tattoo on his arm.
