    It is crock pot time year round at my humble abode, but when it is chilly outside, I really love using it to make roasts and stews. This has to be the hands down, easiest recipe I have ever made. It took 5 minutes prep time, then cooked low and slow in my crock pot. Such a yummy dish served over potatoes or even on some ciabatta sandwich rolls!
