    SAN DIEGO (Wire Service) - A Camp Pendleton-based Marine who opened fire outside a bar in San Diego's South Bay after being asked to leave is scheduled to be sentenced today, Tues., July 17. Sy Mitchell Schultheis, 23, pleaded guilty last month to felony discharge of a firearm in a grossly negligent manner in connection with the December 30 shooting outside South Bay Lounge.     RIVERSIDE - One-quarter of Inland Empire aquifers, including basins from which Riverside County public water originates, contain high concentrations of contaminants associated with runoff from industrial activity and human waste, according to a federal study released today.
