  • Tri tip dinner precedes football game

    FALLBROOK � The Fallbrook High School FFA is once again hosting their famous Tri-Tip BBQ dinners before all of the Warriors�' home football games. The first game and BBQ is scheduled for Friday, Sept. 16. Dinner will be served from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at the Ag department, which is located at the east end of the football field. Each meal includes tri-tip, beans, salad, dinner roll and a drink. The price for each dinner is $8.     James Herbert Caldwell passed away Sept. 3, 2011 in Boulder, Colo. on the 71st anniversary of his marriage to Lucille Cooper Caldwell who preceded him in eternal rest. He is survived by his three children, Ann Blakely of Ridgway, Colo.; James Caldwell Jr. of Sonoma, Calif.; and Christine Caldwell of Boulder, Colo.; nine grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren. Lee was preceded in death by his parents and youngest brother, Jerry.
