Roxanne Parker, 15, of Fallbrook placed first in the Girls 16 division of the Long Beach Open Junior Tennis Tournament. She defeated Carly Mayer of Yorba Linda in the final match 7-6, 6-2.
Roxanne is a sophomore at Fallbrook High School. She plays for the Warrior varsity tennis team.
