Re: 'Crocs Rule: In honor of Steve Irwin'

I am so glad to see that this magnificent man will not be forgotten by all the heartbroken followers he left behind.

Monica Cox

I watched “The Crocodile Hunter” religiously and was extremely shocked and heartbroken by his early demise. He appeared to be a wonderful, enthusiastic outdoorsman doing nothing more than what he loved best. My heart and prayers go out to Terri and her children, as they have lost more than I could ever (and would not want to) imagine. I really and truly am so very sorry for you and your children’s loss. I only wish there was more that I could say! God be with you!

Your letter is so touching. We have all been upset with the tragic death of Steve Irwin. It just isn’t fair. My sons and I had always wanted to go there and meet him and his family. What an awesome blessing for you and your dad to be able to have met him. Treasure those memories. Our hearts and prayers go to his family! God bless.

I have watched Steve since he first came on television. My family and I loved him. We were also planning a trip to Australia just to visit his zoo and will still go later. You can tell Steve was very much a devoted, wonderful father and my deepest sympathies go out to his family.

Max, what an honor for you to have met them! I am deeply grieved myself that Steve has passed on so suddenly. I pray that God brings comfort, first of all, to his family and friends and everyone at the zoo. Next, I pray that we all learn to live our lives with passion and dedication the way Steve did.
