Protecting our town - Ceremony enacts Community Protection Evacuation Plan

Chief Bill Metcalf addresses the attendees of the special signing ceremony held September 22 at North County Fire Protection District Headquarters. The Fallbrook FireSafe Council enacted the Community Protection Evacuation Plan (CPEP), a multi-agency project to protect the citizens of the Fallbrook area.
