Meyer speaks to Bonsall Rotary

BONSALL — At a recent Bonsall Rotary meeting, Edco sales representative Dan Meyer praised the Fallbrook community for its Clean-up and Recycle Day. Tons of trash were removed to further enhance the community’s reputation as a scenic wonderland of North County. A Valley Center Rotarian and past president, Meyer also praised Bonsall Rotary for their leadership in the community and for their active service to the many areas of need.

Trash servicing has long been a controversial subject. Nobody wants a “dump” in their backyard. Many things have been tried, lots of money spent, and yet how to dispose of waste cheaply is still very illusive. The relatively new single recycle trash container has been very effective in keeping non-trash out of the “dump” sites. Dan stated the three ‘Rs’ are the best idea for now: Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.
