Mr. William D. Wright

Mr. William D. Wright, 96, passed away October 7, 2006. Born July 4, 1910, in London, England, Mr. Wright had lived in Fallbrook, CA, for 25 years.

Mr. Wright worked as an education officer for the government of Kenya for 13 years. He retired from the British Royal Navy as a Lieutenant Commander after 20 years of service and was a veteran of WWII. He enjoyed traveling, RVing, nature, gardening, stained glass work and other art. He was a graduate of the London Nautical School.

Mr. Wright was preceded in death by his first wife, Gladys Margaret Wright, in 1971 and his second wife, Kathleen Wright, in 1998. He is survived by daughter & son-in-law Judy & Ed Koscinski, Westlake Village, CA; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held Monday, October 16, 2006, at 1:00 p.m. at Berry-Bell & Hall Fallbrook Mortuary. There will be a private cremation. Donations may be sent to the Braille Institute, 741 N. Vermont Ave., Los Angeles, CA, 90029. Berry-Bell & Hall Fallbrook Mortuary handled the arrangements.
