Laughter Therapy offered

Halloween is almost here. Brush up on your witches’ cackles and werewolf howls by joining us for Laughter Therapy at Fallbrook Hospital October l8 from 4 to 5 p.m. This is a sure technique for strengthening the immune system and reducing stress which might be caused by overexposure to Halloween trick-or-treaters. This event is sponsored by Cardiac Rehabilitation and is free of charge. All ages are welcome. Come prepared to have fun!
