October is Adopt-a-Shelter Dog Month

Animal Friends of the Valleys is offering half off on all adoptable dogs at its shelter. The pets can be visited from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

The public is also welcome to the shelter’s satellite adoption sites every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The locations are Petco at 40474 Winchester Road in Temecula, and PetSmart at 39227 Central Avenue in Lake Elsinore.
