Sylvia M. Coleman

Sylvia M. Coleman, 89, passed away on October 14, 2006. She was born on August 15, 1917, in Cleveland, OH. Mrs. Coleman was a resident of Fallbrook, CA, for 27 years.

Mrs. Coleman was a registered nurse for 30 years. She graduated from registered nurse training at Reid Memorial Hospital in Indiana. Later, she worked as a real estate agent in the Fallbrook area. She enjoyed sewing, gardening and playing pool.

Mrs. Coleman was preceded in death by her husband, Hewitt L. Coleman, in 2000. She is survived by her daughters Andrea Merrifield and Cheryl Wentz, both of San Marcos, CA, Barbara Schaefer, Unalaska, WI, and Denise Kline, Oregon; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Coleman will be laid to rest at Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, CA, at a date yet to be determined. Donations can be made to the American Heart Association, 3640 5th Ave., San Diego, CA 92103. Berry-Bell & Hall Fallbrook Mortuary handled the arrangements.
