Health education classes offered

Fallbrook CATCH, in association with University of California, Davis, will be offering health education classes with an emphasis on diabetes prevention.

The classes are open to all families and teaching will be conducted in Spanish. There will be a total of five classes in the series and participants will receive a certificate from UC Davis upon completion of the series. (A series in English will be offered beginning January 2007, with dates to be determined.)

They will be held from 4:30 to 6 p.m. at Maie Ellis Elementary, room 106, 400 West Elder Street, Fallbrook, on October 19, November 2, November 16, November 30 and December 14.
