Candidate's signs are disappearing

In the last couple of weeks, over 20 “Laurel Nicholson for Assembly” signs have disappeared — some from busy roadsides where there are no sidewalks, others from “hurricane” fences where they were firmly anchored — yet her opponent’s signs stay in place.

Sometimes the signs of all candidates from her party disappear, while signs of candidates from her opponent’s party all appear to remain in place. Other times, Nicholson’s signs are strewn in the dirt, along with the signs of other candidates of her party, while signs of her opponent, and of other candidates of his party, remain in place.

It’s not rocket science to figure out that Nicholson’s opponent, and/or someone acting on his behalf, is taking down Nicholson’s signs. It’s tacky and unethical. We’ve had enough of unethical activities in politics.

Nicholson is honest, ethical and forthright and neither she nor her agents go around taking down her opponent’s signs. That’s why I will vote for Nicholson, and you should too.
