Do you want Oder in charge?

Let the truth be known. The people of Fallbrook have a big decision to make on Election Day regarding the direction we want our schools to go. Do we want to turn over the operation of our district to the NEA (National Education Association), CTA (California Teachers Association) and FTA (Fallbrook Teachers Association)?

If the answer is yes, vote for the three-man slate they are paying thousands of dollars to get elected. The union selected three spouses of employees, thus creating a possible (AB1090) conflict of interest. The conflict is not in them being candidates — it is in their ability to serve. These men, as board members, would vote raises for their spouses. The president of NEA is quoted as saying that he would be concerned about students’ welfare when they started paying dues.

Is this what we want for Fallbrook? Can you imagine Tim Oder in charge of the district? That is what they are working to accomplish. To heck with the students! Just give us the money!
