Double dippers on RMWD?

Bopf, Abbott and Brannon (BAB), all retired or soon to be on the public dole, see expansion as a great thing for Rainbow Water District and the community of Fallbrook. Of course, they believe the only way to achieve that is through a bond, a.k.a. a tax to us, our children and grandchildren — just another glorified Prop. O. Petty, Lucy and McManigle are all local businessmen willing to take time out of their busy lives to help get RMWD on an even keel. For a change, let’s give our local qualified businessmen a try. Just remember: BAB is BAD.
