Vote 'no' Rainbow ABCs

Abbott, Bopf and Brannon are all candidates crazy for bonds/sewer plants (ABC) for Rainbow Municipal Water District!

Look at the “municipal water district” tax amount on the property tax bill you received this month. Seventy-two percent of Rainbow voters recently shot down a $90 million bond — Prop. O-No! — which was really for easterly expansion/annexation of the Pala Mesa Valley.

Last November, a similar 72 percent of the voters in the city of Livermore, CA, (east of San Francisco) defeated annexation of a huge Pardee 1,400-acre 2,450 “starter” unit project on 450 acres by disapproving General Plan amendments to their Urban (vs. rural) Growth Boundary.

Pardee also proposed building a smelly sewage plant that would pollute their groundwater as part of a long list of other donated “benefits” for the new community. City Treasury studies showed a net loss of $6 million (and growing) over 10 years!

A vote for the Rainbow AB Crazies is a vote for Pardee and annexation. Vote for Rainbow “pay-as-you-grow” agri-managers Bob Lucy, Rua Petty and George McManigle, who reside in our district for life.

Also vote to keep Bopf and his appointed “musical chair” Division 3 buddy Voigt off the Fallbrook Community Planning Group for the same reasons.
