2.1 TPM 20849 Kendall project located at 5170 San Jacinto Circle West. Project has been

reviewed several times starting in September of 2004 April of 2006 and October of 2006

project is a two lot split.

3.1 ABC 06-012 – Request for Type 57 on sale General club for a Golf Club/Country Club

Existing Golf and Country Club located at 29354 Vista Valley Drive off of Gopher Canyon.

Crime stats are not kept for this area.

3.2 P06-090 Sprint-Nextel cell site to be located at 5820 West Lilac Road on the Vessel property. The nearest cross street is Via Ararat.

3.3 MUP 05-055 Sprint-Nextel cell site REPLCEMENT to be located at 6050 West Lilac Road

On the Vessel property. The nearest cross street is Camino Del Cielo.

4.1 Bonsall Town Center – Project proposed on Mission above River Village requested and

was granted a 120 day time extension.

4.2 S06-021 Golf Club Drive Duplex County determined project not to be “complete” as

defined by CEQA.

4.3 V06-013 Trammell project located at 6959 Via Mariposa Norte County granted approval.

4.4 TM 5276 RPL3 West Lilac – Pardee project 28 residential united between Via Ararat and

Aqueduct Roads. Chair answered Notice of Intent to Adopt a Mitigated Negative

Declaration.

4.5 County Parks and Recreation revision of Park Lands Dedication Ordinance proposal.

4.6 County updated Circulation Element Road Network and August 2006 Land Use Map.
