Danger: stranger!

It only took a minute, but suddenly your child is missing. What happened? It’s every parent’s nightmare. Come learn about personal safety from Crime Prevention Specialist John McLelland of the Sheriff’s Department and McGruff the Crime Dog. Children will learn to tell which strangers are safe and which are not, how to dial the emergency 9-1-1 telephone number, the “No, Go, Tell” technique and safety skills. There will also be a real patrol car (pending any emergencies).

The event will take place Wednesday, November 15, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Fallbrook Community Center. RSVP to (858) 626-6944.
