Bonsai discussion at Garden Club evening meeting

Gary Jones, a member of the San Diego Bonsai Club and 21-year veteran of interest in bonsai, will speak at the Fallbrook Garden Club’s Evening Program on Wednesday, November 15, at 7:00 p.m. at Fallbrook Public Utility District, 990 East Mission Road.

Gary’s enthusiasm for bonsai comes from learning to be patient and letting the tree tell him what needs to be done. By practicing over and over, he has learned to admire and respect the materials that make a great bonsai. He has learned to see the whole world through the eyes of the bonsiast as continually changing and growing, even in restricted environments, always benefiting from a loving touch and nurturing dose of fertilizer.
