'Magic of Christmas' to be celebrated with Victorian tea

The Bonsall Woman’s Club presents their 14th annual “Magic of Christmas” celebration on December 12 and 13 at the Grand Tradition. The Honorary Chairman this year is Julie Reeder. The theme is “A Victorian Tea.”

A seven-foot Victorian-themed tree sponsored by Major Market and professionally decorated by Maureen Shanahan will be on display at Caffé Primo; raffle tickets for the tree can be purchased at Major Market. The tree will be on display from November 20 to December 11.

Tickets can also be purchased at Major Market for a chance to win a gorgeous 12.81-carat red tourmaline pendant. The tourmaline was purchased from The Collector and Meg Berry is the gem cutter.

The drawings for the tree and the pendant will be on December 13. Each day of the teas there will be a raffle for six smaller trees. The committee is very busy and excited to present this wonderful event. For more information please call (760) 941-5901.
