'Legal Issues in Business' seminar offered in Vista

MiraCosta College’s Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is conducting a free workshop on legal issues in business, presented by a local attorney. During the workshop, students will learn the advantages and disadvantages of incorporating in California, including the tax advantages of incorporating.
