Local photographer juried into La Jolla Fine Art Exhibition

The La Jolla Art Association recently announced that local photographer Jerry Kalman is one of a small number of photographers juried into the exhibition “Dimensions.”

“Dimensions,” which runs through November 26 at the Village Gallery in La Jolla, is an exhibition of two- and three-dimensional art in all media, including painting, photography and sculpture. Entries were judged by Rich Hawk, a noted San Diego painter and art instructor.

Jerry Kalman has worked in digital photography for ten years. With a current emphasis on architectural photography, his digital photograph, “Ramp to Nowhere,” was taken at the Salton Sea this year.

The Village Gallery at 7932 Ivanhoe Avenue in La Jolla, is open to viewers from 11 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily. Admission to “Dimensions” and other exhibitions is free.
