BONSALL — The Vista Palomar Riders Club will soon host Parelli Five-Star Trainer Dave Ellis for a three-day “Advancing Horsemanship” clinic. The clinic will utilize the very successful teaching style called “Teaching by Tasking.” Within this format there may be Parelli students at level 2 and level 3 and even some instructors studying with Dave. A limited number of horse/rider participants and spectators will learn new and higher levels of expertise for themselves and their horses.

Dave only comes to Southern California once a year, and he has held this highly popular clinic for the last four years at Vista Palomar Riders, located at 973 Little Gopher Canyon Road in Bonsall. The clinic will be conducted Friday, December 1, through Sunday, December 3, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day. There are a few horse and rider positions available and also space for those wanting to sign up as spectators/auditors.

For further information contact Robin Berry at (760) 937-1311 or VPR Riding Club at (760) 505-1926.
