Joyful Traditions, presented by the Historic Downtown Merchants Association and Connections Networking, continues December 3, 10 and 17 from 12 to 4 p.m. at Main and Alvarado. Enjoy visiting with Santa, carriage rides, holiday entertainment, kids’ crafts and the Mayor’s Scavenger Hunt!
