AAUW seeks gardens for country garden tour

Yes, it’s that time of year when everyone is decorating their homes, buying presents and getting ready for the holidays. Gardening is on the back burner for now, but come January the urge begins in earnest. For the 12th year, the Fallbrook Branch of the American Association of University Women (AAUW) will offer to the public their annual Country Garden Tour of Fallbrook. And, of course, they need gardens.

If anyone would like to offer his or her garden or has a suggestion, the AAUW is ready to listen. Gardens needn’t be huge; in fact, patio gardens have been featured in the past. The AAUW loves them all. Anyone who can help by offering a garden or know of one, please call and help them get busy with the selection. Meanwhile, hang up that mistletoe.
