Aldana speaks to Fallbrook Rotary

FALLBROOK — Rick Aldana, owner of Micro Dr. and touted Fallbrook computer guru, recently brought the Rotary Club of Fallbrook up-to-date on the field of the “new” electronic gadgets, from DLP TV sets to multi-gig and hi-def computers and Blackberries. There was avid interest and loads of questions as Rick unfolded the present, and the future, of the field where “big bucks” are being spent. He gave an example of lines around the corner to get into stores like Circuit City and Best Buy while fewer customers browsed the big retailers during the Thanksgiving weekend. Assisting was Fallbrook High School junior Boji Popov, an intern who works with, trains for and learns from Rick weekdays after school.

Aldana is a Fallbrook Rotarian, Paul Harris Fellow and chair of the Anti-Graffiti committee.
